What Happens During Your Inspection

Buying or selling a home comes with a lot of unknowns, and we want your inspection to clear some of those up rather than add to them. Here’s exactly what to expect when you book with DB Home Inspections.

Step One: The Walkthrough

We spend as much time as the home needs, checking the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and everything in between. If you’re able to join us, we’ll walk you through what we’re seeing as we go.

Step Two: The Report

Once the walkthrough is done, we put together a detailed digital report with photos and plain-language notes, so you and your agent both understand what was found and why it matters.

Step Three: The Follow-Up

Inspections don’t have to end when the report lands in your inbox. If you have questions after reading through it, call us. We’re happy to talk through anything that’s unclear.

What's Covered, and What's Not

Why Home Buyers and Sellers Trust Our Inspectors

Home inspectors see the parts of a house most people never think to check. We look past the surface, explain what we find in terms that make sense, and give you a report you can hand to your agent or lender without needing a translator.
